Reiki, Integrated energy therapy, and distance healing

Energy healing is a practice of transferring universal and unbiased energy from a "healer" to a recipient. The recipient can draw the energy from the healer, which should not drain the personal and physical energy of the healer. A healer isn't fixing or solving anything, just shifting the energy to a frequency that is right for you. We all have the power to heal others and ourselves, we just need support and love to help us through the process. 

Sarah uses a light, hands on touch to your head, shoulders, arms, sides, and legs. You may feel gentle energy in your body and possibly energy releasing from specific points. Some people see colors behind their closed eyes and even receive their own messages and insights. Sarah does not typically converse during a session, allowing the recipient to just relax and experience the energy, and not be in their heads trying to analyze and be distracted. Because we are so busy in our daily lives, taking an hour or 90 minutes is now considered a luxury! Post session Sarah will share any insights and messages and feedback, if you are wanting to hear the information.

Every session includes a heated amethyst, jade, and tourmaline bio-mat that uses far infrared light energy that penetrates your cells and muscles for grounding, pain relief, and deeper relaxation. Tuning forks , crystal singing bowls, and crystals are often used in sessions to aid in clearing and balancing energies within and around the body.

After a session is different for everyone. Some people benefit from drinking water or taking a salt bath. Sarah may have something specific for you, but mostly it's a good time to just continue the self care and do something relaxing and enjoying. Some people may experience what is referred to as a "healing crisis". That is typically your physical body catching up to the etheric healing you have experienced. You may feel more emotional or even have physical symptoms. It usually isn't anything too extreme and nothing to fear or prepare for. Just something to be aware of and allow it to run it's course, while gently supporting yourself through it. 

If you are currently struggling with an issue and working through an upset or transition, I recommend doing one session a month, three or four months in a row. This creates a cumulative effect in your healing and supports you through the process. 

If you are just feeling "out of sorts", not like yourself, grumpy, "off", irritable, a bit low, then that's the perfect time for a session! Energy healing can help lift the funk and raise your vibration, helping you to feel lighter and clear the lens your perspective on life.

If that is your intention, we can absolutely tune into your chakras and work on releasing blockages or dense energy you feel is holding you back. I believe Chakras to be information centers. They don't have to be the focus of your spiritual and healing journey. They are there to help you organize how your emotions and past experiences can affect your physical  and spiritual health. When your energy, emotions, and thoughts are aligned, your life feels more balanced and you experience more ease and flow in your daily life. 

Both modalities are great, no matter where you are at in your journey or frame of mind. Reiki can be viewed as passive energy that flows where it needs to go or where you intend for it to go and heal. It was created by Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki is about flow, IET is about focus. 

IET is a focused and methodical processes that uses nine specific angels and works by releasing and imprinting energy. It was created by Stevan Thayer. IET may be a better channel if you are intentionally working through a healing journey.  In IET, an Advanced Level healer is trained to help clear your Soul Star chakra (located above the head) and help bring your life purpose into action! There are also energetic tools to help you release blockages from the hands, feet, and legs to help you let go and move forward! Read and learn more in each section below!

Trained energy healers learn specific techniques to send energy healing across time and space. There are many different ways to achieve this, and using sacred symbols and intention are two of them. Energy knows no boundaries, distance, or time. It is able to go where and when it is intended.

After you book your appointment, you will email a simple selfie (no funny filters), as Sarah reads photos for a stronger psychic connection. Sarah will use her training and healing gifts to tap into your energy field and chakras and clear blockages to help you move forward. You can tell her your intention, ask a question, etc, and she will do her best to receive guidance for what you specifically are seeking. 

Nope! Simply book your appointment for any day and time slot available. You don't need to make the appointment for when you are available, and you don't have to lie down and meditate to receive during the scheduled time. You absolutely CAN, but it's not necessary!  You will receive your emailed report of the session with instructions on how to energetically receive your healing, approximately 1 hour after the start time. 

Your post session email report will tell you exactly how to receive the energy. Intention is everything, when it comes to energy healing and manifestation. Sarah will give you simple directions on how to best receive when you are ready.

You may feel the energy during the session and while you are intending to receive it. Everyone is different, and there is no right or wrong reaction. It may be gentle, comforting, clearing sensations. You could feel lighter and happier after. You might also receive insights in your dreams, the following nights.

Little ones can feel big emotions that are hard to understand and process. Kids these days are much more sensitive and empathic to the energy around them and in the world. Parents these days are much more open to helping their children foster their sensitive and intuitive gifts. Reiki can help calm and focus your child's energy and help them understand their emotions.

You can choose from a variety of Reiki sessions, depending on your child's age and comfort level. 

• Younger ones may prefer a more interactive and visual approach with Rainbow Reiki. 
• Tweens and teens may want just a quiet session, with little to no talking. 
• Imaginative ones may prefer Unicorn or Dragon Reiki! 

No matter which session you choose, the intention of the session is always the same. To provide Reiki energy for healing and calming. Sessions are 30 minutes | $40

Would you like to learn how to give Reiki or IET to yourself, friends, family, or clients? As a Reiki and IET Master Instructor, I can give you the ability! Every class includes an attunement (it's the transfer of energy opening up to give healing), manual and certificate. Classes are each about 6 hours long, often held on Saturdays. Sarah teaches 3 levels of Reiki and IET.

• Reiki Level 1:  Learn the history, the basics of energy, all the foundational teachings and fundamentals of Reiki. Give Reiki to yourself or loved ones. You do not need any prior experience or training to take the this level. It is a safe class for anyone who is an absolute beginner with little knowledge of energy healing and spirituality. The attunement will bring a personal healing to you, open up your intuitive power, and amplify your natural healing capabilities. 
• Reiki Level 2:  Give Reiki to recipients long distance or in the future! Learn the sacred symbols to help amplify Reiki energy and send energy to willing recipients. You are also able to give Reiki to clients in exchange for money. This attunement builds on the first attunement, increasing your abilities.
• Reiki Level 3:  At this Master Level, you are able to teach this wonderful healing modality to your own students or loved ones. Sarah gives you all of the materials and resources you may need to successfully and professionally lead your own classes.

Each level is taught separately, at your own pace and choosing. Becoming a Reiki Master is optional! With each attunement, your energy centers and capacity for healing are increased. (Consider it receiving more bandwidth, or updating your apps.) 

If you have already taken Reiki classes and have been attuned by another Master, you are welcome to take any of the levels again. Sometimes being in a different environment, with a different teacher, at a different time in your life will help round out your understanding and possibly give you new insights.

• IET Basic Attunement: You will receive a special Basic Level “energy attunement” that will permanently open your energy field to the power of Integrated Energy Therapy® Basic level ray. Our Basic Level attunement expands, realigns, and restructures the 1st pair (physical) and 2nd pair (emotional) of your 12 Strand DNA. Once attuned to the Basic Level IET Ray, you will have the ability to clear cellular memory of physical and emotional blockages. 
• IET Intermediate Attunement: You will receive a special Intermediate Level “energy attunement” that will further open your energy field to the power of Integrated Energy Therapy® Intermediate Level ray. Our Intermediate Level attunement expands, realigns, and restructures the 3rd pair (mental) and 4th pair (karmic) of your 12 Strand DNA. Once attuned to the Intermediate Level IET Ray, you will have the ability to pull physical, emotional, mental, and karmic energy imprints out of the human energy field. 
• IET Advanced Attunement: You will receive a special Advanced Level “energy attunement” that will further open your energy field to the power of Integrated Energy Therapy® Advanced Level ray. Our Advanced Level attunement expands, realigns, and restructures the 4th pair (soul profile) and 5th pair (soul cluster) of your 12 Strand DNA. Once attuned to the Advanced Level IET Ray, you will have the ability to discover your soul’s mission and attract members of your soul’s cluster to help you live your soul’s mission and bring your dreams alive.
