Balance Your Body
Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all of the glands, organs, and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on these reflex areas. It is not a "foot rub"! It is a powerful way to help your body achieve homeostasis, to promote wellness and relaxation. Add on essential oils and/or Reiki!
Face Reflex Therapy also available. Facial reflexology is also termed facial mapping that helps with relaxation and healing. There are some reflexology or acupoints on the face that helps in bringing balance to the mind and body. Facial reflexology works by stimulating the brain that further stimulates the organs.

As a certified, intuitive Reiki Master, I help clients reduce their stress, increase relaxation and feelings of peace and well being. I use tuning forks (sound healing) to help integrate stagnant energies from your aura and balance your chakras.

Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis®
Curious to visit past lives? In need of insight and wisdom from your Higher Self? A regression session will take you into a gentle trance like state, keeping you awake and aware, but allowing your ego to take a step aside so knowledge can be accessed. You can come with a list of questions or just general curiosity. Clients have said that the experience helped them to heal past hurts and have a spiritual healing experience that allowed them to move forward. Sessions can last approximately 2 hours, but no more than 2.5 hours. I take notes but do not record sessions. Clients must record sessions on their own device. A $20 cancellation fee is imposed, due to the amount of time that is set aside for the session.
