Most of my sessions have a theme of "transition". Pre or post: break-up, death, job change, life change, but also low vibes in general. My services help clients feel like a weight has been lifted from them and they have more clarity and ease in their daily lives.
Every session includes a heated, amethyst, jade, and tourmaline bio-mat that uses far infrared light energy that penetrates your cells and muscles for grounding, pain relief, and deeper relaxation. Tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, and crystals are often used in sessions to aid in clearing and balancing energies within and around the body. These tools increase the healing effects of the session and take your experience to the next level! Reflexology sessions can include essential oils formulated for chakra balancing or empath support.

New moon cycles are a time of introspection and intention setting. When we gather as a group, the energy of intention becomes stronger and carries more support! Not sure what you want for the new cycle? That's OK! You are welcome to join for the spirit of community, inspiration, and leave with a renewed spirit. Spiritual work doesn't always have to be about healing and releasing. Sometimes you just need community, inspiration, and a fresh perspective to help you experience a shift.
*November Scorpio theme: Intensity, shadow work, emotional honesty, reclaiming your power. Scorpio also rules shared resources, intimacy, and deep emotional bonds. This is a powerful time to set intentions around financial empowerment and healing your relationship with vulnerability.
Each LunaChick gathering will have a different theme but a sample of the journey we will go through together may include: light breath work, brief meditation, introspective journal prompts, the sharing of heart opening cacao, energy work, oracle card messages, sound healing and anything else the dark goddess moon brings up for us! All this with the intention of the participants leaving feeling seen, heard, empowered and lighter.
These groups are intimate and limited to 6 participants to honor the sacred work and high energy these gatherings can create.

KIDS BENEFIT FROM REIKI & reflexology TOO!
Kids and teens can benefit from Reiki! They generally only need 30 minutes of energy work. Reiki helps them feel more calm and focused. A great option for sensitive ones that feel overwhelmed by big emotions they don't understand. Reflexology can regulate the nervous system helping your child be more grounded and relaxed. Appropriate for at least 6 years old, up to high schoolers.

Reiki Level 1: Give Reiki to yourself or loved ones
Reiki Level 2: Give Reiki to recipients long distance or in the future! You are also able to give Reiki to clients in exchange for money.
Reiki Level 3: At this Master Level, you are able to teach this wonderful healing modality to your own students or loved ones.
IET Basic Attunement: You will receive a special Basic Level “energy attunement” that will permanently open your energy field to the power of Integrated Energy Therapy® Basic level ray. Our Basic Level attunement expands, realigns, and restructures the 1st pair (physical) and 2nd pair (emotional) of your 12 Strand DNA. Once attuned to the Basic Level IET Ray, you will have the ability to clear cellular memory of physical and emotional blockages.
