Hypnosis Regression is a simple process that anyone can experience. It's a lot like listening to a guided meditation. You don't need to do anything, or try to be in a trance state. You just listen to the words I say to you, which help you relax, and your active mind will rest which allows your subconscious mind to access your other lives and wisdom that you seek. You are fully awake and aware and in control of your body. You are not asleep while in a light trance state. I will ask questions and help coax information from you that you are wanting to hear. You will receive information through many ways: It may be a thought, you receive words and sentences in your mind, you "see" flashes of images or scenes in you mind, or it may look like a movie playing out. You will only receive information that is for your highest and best good, in ways that are safe for you.

You are the one with the answers you seek! Sometimes our ego minds keep us in loops and patterns that we have been conditioned to follow. Some of us have experienced trauma in this life and possibly other lives. Accessing the lessons within our past experiences helps us make peace with our emotions and help us to move forward and create the life we want to live. Your subconscious and higher self have the answers and insights that you may not be able to tap into while you are in a waking state. Hypnosis guides you into a light trance state that allows you receive answers.

You can choose to do only Past Lives Regression, or you can add on Higher Self Channeling (Beyond Quantum Healing). 

With past lives only, we will just explore past lives, ask questions about them, and attempt to gain insights about how they may be affecting your current life. The process is anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes.

If you want to go deeper and ask more questions about your current life (or maybe even life on other planets?!) we would do a Beyond Quantum Healing session. The process is anywhere from 90 minutes, up to 2.5 hours.

Regression hypnosis is a simple process. A regression session will take you into a gentle trance like state, keeping you awake and in control of your body, but allowing your ego to take a step aside so knowledge can be accessed. 

You may have patterns you'd like to heal or questions about yourself, your past, and even your future. We will explore them together as you channel the answers through the power of your Higher Self. BQH is based on QHHT, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. Dolores Cannon was the creator and one of the trailblazing hypnotherapists to first start documenting clients channeling past lives and their higher selves. She has many ground breaking books that are fascinating to the curious spiritual seeker. 

The difference between BQH and QHHT is that BQH can be done over the phone or Zoom and there is more freedom in the session for exploration, and you don't have to visit past lives if you don't want to. QHHT can only be done in person and the practitioner must follow the strict guidelines created by Dolores Cannon. They both however have the same end results. I prefer BQH because I can do sessions over the phone or internet and I like my clients to freely explore at the level they are currently comfortable with.
